Birth Doula
Pregnancy Prep: Tracking you and your baby’s health throughout your pregnancy is vital. During prenatal visits, we’ll chat about any pregnancy concerns, develop a birthing plan, and meet in person to discuss comfort measures.
Labor and Birth Prep: Having a baby should be a positive experience, so my main focus as your doula is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring your baby into the world and begin bonding immediately.
Postpartum and Newborn Care: My job as your doula isn’t done once delivery is over. I will stay in close contact with you after your birth to provide any assistance you need for healthy development.

Sibling Doula
Sibling doulas provide essential on-call childcare to support older siblings when parents need to leave for the hospital or birthing center for the arrival of a new baby. These services also extend to in-home support for families opting for home births.
Here’s what is included in our sibling doula services:
- Free initial consultation/interview
- One face-to-face prenatal visit to introduce the doula to the older sibling(s) and to understand the family's needs.
- Referrals to community resources as needed.
- On-call services available around the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby.
- Continuous childcare for 24 hours during labor/birth and postpartum hours. After 24 hours of support, additional charges apply at the hourly rate of $50/hr. Rest assured, your child/ren will never be left unattended during this crucial time.

Birth Education Classes
It is much better to be over-prepared than under-prepared, especially when it comes to having the right support. Our four 2-hour classes cover various aspects of labor and childbirth, including common medical terminology, comfort measures, newborn preparation, breastfeeding and bottle feeding basics, and more!
Package Pricing: $400
($100 non-refundable deposit)
Hypnobirth 4 Class Session
As your instructor, my focus is on guiding you through a birth prep experience that equips you with the most useful information and straightforward steps to practice hypnobirthing techniques that yield results, without the burden of complicated instructions or information overload.
Whether you're attending online hypnobirthing classes or in-person sessions in your home, you’ll notice a significant shift in your attitude and confidence level -- even an improvement in your sleep quality -- after your very first class! You'll transition from feeling uncertain with "what am I doing?" to a strong "I can do this!"
Each 1 on 1 session lasts approximately 2.5 hours, allowing for personalized attention.

Postpartum Doula
Studies have shown that women who are rested and feel supported have better success rates with breastfeeding and lower risk for postpartum depression. As your doula, my goal is to provide you with the support and guidance needed to get off to a good start with your baby. I also offer specialized sibling doula services to help ease the transition for your older children.
Package Pricing:
Daytime Postpartum (4 hours minimum) - $50/hr
Nighttime Postpartum (8 hours minimum) - $75/hr

Postpartum Meal Service

Placenta Encapsulation
Discover the process and benefits of encapsulating your placenta with the guidance of a knowledgeable encapsulation specialist. Our package pricing is $300, which includes pick up and delivery of capsules, dosage recommendations, and the option for a placenta print or umbilical cord keepsake.

Lactation Consultant
Breastfeeding an infant can be challenging, but I am here to help. In this session, I will come to your home to discuss any breastfeeding concerns you may have.
Body Ready Method™ Session
The Body Ready Method™ is founded on five essential pillars: Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic Floor, and Movement Patterns. Incorporating these pillars into your movement during pregnancy can significantly enhance your experience, helping you achieve a more efficient birth, minimize pregnancy-related aches and pains, optimize recovery, and reduce unnecessary abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction. Additionally, this approach enhances pelvic floor responsiveness and promotes the idea of working smarter, not harder!
As a certified Body Ready Method™ Pro and experienced doula in San Jose, I possess a deep understanding of how to support you in preparing for your desired birth. I can assist you in addressing and alleviating pregnancy-related discomforts. My goal is to help you experience a smooth transition into recovery and postpartum.
